I was invited to a friends house to participate in a cooking class and had an incredible afternoon. Giovanni had prepared recipes, ready to go pizza dough, potatoes ready for our gnocchi making, lit his incredible pizza oven hours early, had a delicious assortment of ingredients for the pizzas as well as a sauce for the gnocchi and then kindly told us we didn't need to wash up.
